Starting , PullScan will offer paid access through analysis packages and a monthly PullScan Pro subscription.
Paid access will help cover the infrastructure needed to process your logs and store your results, while supporting continued development. Features like Engineering Guidance take substantial engineering, testing, and refinement, and this change helps us keep improving them.

What each paid analysis includes
A complete CSV analysis
Review your log’s signals, detected pulls, and findings in one report. Each analysis credit covers one complete CSV analysis.
Evidence you can inspect
Explore telemetry graphs and supporting evidence to see where a finding occurred and which recorded signals contributed to it.
Findings explained clearly
Understand detected issues, their severity and confidence, and recommended next steps. Available findings depend on the signals and quality of your log.
Engineering Guidance
For supported JB4 logs, turn your analysis into an ongoing Engineering Guidance session. Ask questions grounded in your log, review recommended next steps, and compare follow-up logs to understand what changed and what helped resolve an issue. Engineering Guidance is not currently available for BM3 or MHD logs.
Current Engineering Guidance coverage for supported JB4 logs: B58 and 3.3TT, with very limited support for 2.0T. Support for 2.5T and 1.6T is not currently available.

Your credits and saved results
Do failed analyses use a credit?
No. If PullScan cannot generate your analysis, it does not consume an analysis credit. Usage is recorded after the report is generated and saved.
A completed analysis that finds no issues still counts as an analysis. If a report finishes but your connection drops, check My Analyses for the saved result.
Will I keep my previous results?
Yes. Your previously saved results will remain accessible when paid access begins. You will not need to buy another analysis to reopen a result you already have.
